With over 20 years of local residency, a distinguished career in fraud-risk management across corporate and government sectors, a member of the local chapter of the NAACP and a deep commitment to outreach through New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, I bring both experience and a passion to serve.

I am a proud Panamanian–American who has called Farington Farms home for more than two decades. As an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, I have spent over 20 years collaborating on community initiatives and civic engagement, including work with an active Brookhaven City Councilmember who is currently running for reelection. I am also affiliated with President Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper Alliance, mentoring young men of color and working to close opportunity gaps across our community.

Building on a distinguished career in both corporate and federal government—where I held secret and top-secret clearances—I bring a disciplined, solutions-driven approach to public service. I combine my rich cultural heritage and fraternal leadership with a proven track record of service to uplift every neighborhood in District 3.
